all our slimming world recipes

Let’s be honest. The previous recipe page was looking a little…long and dull, yes? When we first started this blog we assumed it would run for a few weeks and then we’d get distracted by something shiny and/or outrageously pornographic and stop. We never expected to be here 400 recipes later! So to help you out, we’ve split all the recipes out first by their main ‘category’ and then by syn-free first and synned second. Where there is a very obvious overlap, we’ve posted it twice. Gasp. So pick a snappy little icon below and be transported to a list of wonder and whimsy. Enjoy your diet! Remember, if you know anyone who is doing Slimming World, feel free to share this list with them!

One thing to remember, folks: you can save yourself a lot of money by buying our excellent Musclefood deal – lots of ultra-lean minced beef, chicken, bacon and beef chunks, all delivered to your door and very tasty indeed. You can find details of that offer by clicking here – don’t worry, it’ll open in a new window!

Always worth remembering – although we’ve been doing Slimming World for many years, we’re not consultants. We use the online SW calculator to work out our syns but if you’re ever unsure, double-check using your own tools. We’re obliged to add this in otherwise someone with Keegan-perm will come and brick our windows. Our meals usually serve four unless we state otherwise.

Most of our recipes serve four so there’s no harm in keeping a bit for your lunch the next day, but we’ve tried to put some more ‘lunch’ items in here for you too. I know, we’re heroes.

Where a recipe can easily be made vegetarian, we’ve tried to remember to include it here.

  6. This site has really made me giggle! It’s nice to find an honest slimming world recipe site that doesn’t pretend a recipe is amazing when in reality it’s a watery tasteless mess haha! I shall be recommending this site!
    Shannen x

  16. Hi I’m new to slimming world but love to cook and had gotten bored of cooking the same old thing. Found since starting this my love of cooking has returned. Think I’m going to need to try out a few of your recipes. I’m also loving the sarcastic humour, right up my street x

  17. Greetings from the lovely ballybunion in the kingdom of Kerry, Ireland. I want to say thank you so much for the amazing recipes but in truth; even though they are great I really wanted to say thank you for the sharp wit which has been my true redemption during this bloody god awful month of January. Did you know I hate January. Anyway please please rant on and with my blessings. X

  18. Omg, I think I love you!!! Thank you so much for sharing this and making meal times fun. Good luck with your SW journeys x

  19. Thanks so much for this! I am always looking for healthy recipes and it’s too much aggro (kids, work, etc) to get to a slimming world group so this has helped me out no end.

Am enjoying reading posts alongside recipes too.

  20. I am a girlie living in Centre France, just discovered your blog. I have put it on FB for my friends. I think it is going to be a life saver.. I love your recipes and your wit. xxxx One does feel that one is fighting a battle sometimes, all the cheese and wine. Having said that I have had my best meals in English restaurants and pubs ( pubs and pub meals dont exist here. and I have had my worst meal in France. Love the life… but gotto say best meals are served chez nous. so thanks for sharing xxx

I’m a fellow Geordie that has done well on slimming world but I need help with my hubby. He eats what we eat at evening meals but as a busy driver can’t heat or cook food on the go. He’s diabetic too so I’m looking for snack recipes for a busy person on the go to avoid all the bread he eats. Could you possibly give me some guidance
    Thanks in advance
    Angela

  23. Started slimming world 5 weeks ago and got the fella on it too (although he contatantly ad-libs to suit his needs so not really following it).. Until now! You two are bloody amazing! Not only are your recipes fab and so easy to follow but after having an operation on my shoulder last week, I was already giving up the will to live with day time tv and was about to fill my bath with vodka and gorge on all the chocolates I’ve been bought… And then I discovered your blog. Not only am I able to plan meals for the week that I’m looking forward to and the boy is way too excited for (I swear he could have slid off the settee when he saw the zinger burger recipe), but your mini tales of your day have me chuckling away to the point that I also may slide off the sofa through wetting myself. Luckily I’m not at that age yet that I can’t control it. Thankyou, you hilarious, amazing pair of bloody lifesavers xx

  24. I’ve actually just been sat crying with laughter reading your blog post about the hot tub!!!
    Recipes are good too!
Thanks for the inspiration, I’ve lost 3 1/2 stone so far on SW but I was starting to get a little bored…..not any more!!!!
I Can’t wait to try the balsamic and strawberry tenderloin, it sounds to die for 🙂

  25. Love the blog and enjoying trying out some of the recipes. I’ve found Slimming World works but the actual meetings are so tedious that I just read your posts while waiting in the weigh queue instead! Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing!

  26. Hi, could you tell me what you put into your mash that you made with your IKEA meatballs & onion gravy please (the one with whole peeled carrots & brocolli), as it looks gorgeous, like it’s been baked, as top looks crispy?
    Cheers

  27. You have saved me and my fiancé! I’Ve been trying so long to have him eating healthy and have tried and failed to be sneaky and do healthy stuff. But you’re recipes are so easy tasty and scrummy, we can’t get enough! Also love your little stories at the beginning of a recipe 😀

  28. Im new to Slimming World and struggling a bit as I usually go for carb free meals.
Ive just found your website and love it! So many recipes I cant wait to try and I love the blog.
Keep up the good work and thanks for the laughs!

  29. omg I can’t stop laughing.. I love the way you write, you say exactly what everyone else is thinking LOL.

So glad I found your site, having just returned from honeymoon and ate and drank everything without any regret, it is now time to put the reins on and I’m looking forward to making lots of your recipes. Already made the hummus as I know I can eat it any time, any place (martini hummus) when the hunger kicks in.
Looking forward to reading some more of your blog.

    Thanks again
    Chrissie

  30. Am loving your site and recipes. Thanks for taking the time and energy to do this. Love your blog; your sense of humour kills me. Cheers.

  31. Thank you soooooo much for revamping your site!

It’s always fun reading your goings on but now that the recipes are sorted into categories, it’s much easier to find something tasty.

    Kepp up the good work!

  32. i love you guys, you’re so funny, and these recipes………… i am drooling just scrolling… and when i am not drooling, i am in folds of hysterical laughter, you don’t need to write a recipe book you already have it, get it out in hard back then i can own you…well a copy of your book….!!! You should be on TV….. I am telling everyone about you…. yummy yummy yummy……..

  33. Hiya
Your recipes are instrumental in getting me back on track, having a minor slip after losing 7 stone (about 3 more to go)……… THANK YOU (sorry for the shout, but necessary) for categorizing them! Makes them even easier to use. Please keep up the good work, it does make a difference, at least to one old creaking gate xx Oh, and pretty please keep up the highly amusing narratives – wouldn’t it be nice if everyone smiled at least once a day 🙂

  34. Joined SW last week and have just spent a fortune on the recipe books (Think I only need ‘Kosher Free Foods for a Fun Barmitzfah’ and I have the set.) Think your site is more appetising, definitely a better laugh and 100% cheaper.
Wanted to say thanks. Truly. Thanks.

  35. Hi. Chubbys. Just came across this page and looking forward to trying out the recipes. Thank you. X I’ve been prepping ingredients this afternoon so no excuses to go go go.😆

  36. Wow! I’m so glad I found this blog. After spending the last 6 months eating everything I need to re do SW without going to class (£££££ & 💤💤💤💤) this site is so funny! Love the recipes, can’t wait to try them!!

Helly the Smoggie (50 miles down the road)

  37. Hi Guys, loving your hilarious blogs, Geordie humour and SW recipes. However, I have a small problem, as I’ve added my name to follow your blogs on here four times now and still my inbox is left empty. Is it something I’ve said? 😘

    • Oh dear, we all know there’s nowt worse than an empty box! You need to keep an eye out for an email for a link to confirm the subscription. I’ll try adding it again to see if it works 🙂

  38. Wow, wow, wow this is absalutly brilliant so many great recipes and for a muppet like me so easy to understand,
I can’t thank you both enough you have made my SW journey much more interesting I’m going to plan my week with the recipes here doing my shop later so I will jot down what I need and hope for the best 😱 I will be back to let you know how I got on 😳

  39. thanks so much for all your hard work, and all the lovely recipes, to be honest i go on this more than i do on sw, i follow you on pinterest, think its brilliant.

  40. Dear Chubbycubs , would it be possible to have a search button up top ? I had hardly any time and I wanted to make a pasta bake but I had to go through every recipe to find something , in the end I gave up and made one up myself ,not as nice as the one you provided 🙁 if only I had a search button )
    love your recipes thank you
    Annette x

    • Hi Annette, there is a search button! It’s on the right hand side if you’re using a computer, or at the bottom if you’re on a mobile. There’s also this page that has all the recipes in one place 🙂

  41. Dear chubby cubs this is brilliant and well put together. the recipes look well nice and was sat drooling over alot of them.
    keep up the brilliant work.

  42. Feels like I’m in the pub chatting with my best friend when I read your blogs, I love the fact that they are so irreverent (yes, I had to google how to spell that!) Your recipes have been a god send and have made meal planning fun, thanks for taking me on your journey x

  43. So many to choose from, trying something new every week off your endless list of recipes, Thanks for sharing & making it easier for others like myself, Anyone who mentions Slimming world to myself always gets a Twochubbycubs recommendation from me.

  44. Thank you Thank you Thank you 😀 Love your recipes, but do you have a book with the recipes in, I can’t get on the Internet at my mums and that’s when I need it the most 😏
Love you guys too, keep up the great work

  45. Hi your blog was sent to me by a friend who thought I would love the recipies but mainly the chat. Right in both tried a few recipies up to now and loved them. Working our way through freezer at mo ready to defrost and re stock so made a note to check out your meat packs. Love the chat BUT feel your book of blogs should come with a warning not to read in public area. I took my tablet with down loaded book to hospital appointment and cried with laughter for the next 2 hours my explanation that I was reading a cookery blog was met with looks of completet dis belief. When you become consultants let me know worth traveling 50 miles for the class, or hopefully some consultants read your blog and take the hint that the classes are crap. Well done guys keep up the good work you are a joy. Oh have you caved and bought a spiralizer? I’m undecided

    • Haha, thank you! We’ve bought a spiraliser! It’s alright, doesn’t get used much but when it does it’s not bad!

  46. Hi Guys, thank for amazing blog manged to find loads of things for lunch which was my down fall. Freezer almost empty so after defrosting going to order one of your meat deals but quick question have you ever tried the joints of meat?
Passet your site on with warning not to read in public place due to strangelooks you get when rolling around on floor laughing

    • Thank you! We’ve had the lamb, whole chicken and whole turkey before and they were delicious! Someone has told us that the beef brisket joint is great too but we haven’t got around to that one yet!

  47. Hello your site looks great and I would love to be part of it. I have recently stopped going to the Slimming World club as I found it was getting very expensive just to get weighed really, then I came across your site and was amazed at how much information was on there.

    Jo x

    • Finding a group that suits you is half the battle! It took us about 4-5 groups until we found one that was perfect for us, so persevere! Happy to help 🙂

  48. Please add my e-mail address to receive your blog posts. I
did Slimming World ( red & green) when I lived in Scotland…..I’m
now in the states and the only thing here is WW’ers which I don’t
find holds my interest past a few months basically due to boring
    Consultants.
Loved all your comments to date…
    Thanks,
    Cate
